1st & 2nd Graders Class Rotation (June 10-13 mornings)
Discover something new each day at Kids’ College 2024!
Rising 1st and 2nd graders will meet each morning and rising 3rd and 4th graders will meet each afternoon.
Students will be placed into a class of 10-15 students. Each group of students will go through the rotation of 3 classes listed below by spending one hour per day in each class. This will provide an awesome opportunity for both teachers and students to connect and dive deep into each subject. Registration is EASY! Simply fill out the form below.
Marine Science & Keepsakes
Students will learn all about various ocean animals and explain their habitat and eating habits. While learning, students will create hands-on examples such as cupcake liner fish, a paper bag octopus, and create special keepsakes such as sand and plaster beach molds.
Swimming with Sphero’s
Robotics is a great way to introduce kids’ to robots and STEM education. The students will be able to design, build, and program a robot to complete tasks. They will be able to compete with other teams to win challenges! Students will operate Sphero robots in the water and brainstorm ways to make the Sphero move faster.
Sink or Float
Students will use common food items to engage in hands-on science activities such as making edible slime, kinetic sand, and homemade ice cream in a bag. Students will also conduct various science experiments using fun ingredients like candies and cookies. Be prepared to get messy!
Power Hour
Learn the importance of staying healthy and active! Students will get to participate in making their own nutritious smoothie and practice fun ways to boost their activity level. Students will get to stay active by learning about and practicing baseball, basketball, and track. They will exercise their critical thinking skills during an agility type obstacle course.
Whimsicle Writing
Imagine, create, write, and read your own fairytale! Students will have the opportunity to become an author and push their imagination to its greatest strengths! Students will write their own fairytale story in their personally designed notebook, learn about the history of French culture., discuss character descriptions, and develop effective dialogue.
The Art of Water
Learn new craft techniques, watercolor styles, and create unique projects. Students will create personal photo buttons, underwater coffee filter with watercolors, bookmark backgrounds, zentangles, personalize their own T-shirt beach bag, and more!
Ocean Palooza
Students will learn about the ocean through multiple science experiments including hands-on STEM activities such as ocean slime, ocean in a jar, density jars, and how to separate salt and water.
Sounds of the Sea (Music)
Get Creative! Students will be able to create different DIY instrumental crafts such as rain sticks and paper plate tambourines to make their own music. They will learn the basics of singing, how to read a staff, bars, spaces and learn about rhythm, measures, time signatures, counting quarter notes, and rests. All the voice and music basics.
Drama
Train to be a Star! Learn about confidence, creative thinking, public speaking skills, acting abilities, leadership, and teamwork. Students will practice set design and all the tips and tricks to improv! This is the perfect warm-up course for those interested in Star Academy!

We are ready to help you train your vocals. Do you love singing and randomly breaking out in song? This is the course for you. Students will learn about note names, posture, breath control, ear training, and solfege. Students will get to create musical and vocal crafts such as their own personal microphone. Students will have the option to participate in singing a short chorus with their classmates at graduation.

5th - 6th Graders Master Classes
(June 17-20 mornings & afternoons)
Rock around the block at Kids’ College 2024!
Rising 5th & 6th graders.
Students will be placed into a class of 10 students. The master classes are 4 days long (Monday-Thursday). This will provide an awesome opportunity for both teachers and students to connect throughout the day and dive deep into each subject. Registration is EASY! Simply fill out the form below. Students will have the option to take 2 different sessions, morning and afternoon.
The Writers Retreat
Writing CAN be fun! This course is an introduction to creative writing. Students will learn about response skills such as listening, speaking, reading, writing, and thinking using multiple texts. They will use what they learn to create their own descriptive essay.

Ukrainian Egg Aquarium
Egg decorating is an art form that dates back to centuries. Ukrainian eggs are decorated using the wax-resist method. Students will use great focus and attention to detail in producing their own unique egg aquarium!

Beginner Guitar
Students will learn basic chords, strumming patterns, and will learn to play a three-chord song. Students will also make a DIY tiny guitar. This course will require patience, dedication, creativity, and enjoyment. The students will discover new techniques and sounds that will influence and enrich their musical vocabulary.
