Step-by-Step Registration

Complete the Registration Form.

This can be found on both the Kids’ College and the Camp Save-a-Life pages. It will be a teal button that reads “Register Today” (or some variation of that phrase). You can enter up to two students per form. If you are registering more than two students, you will need to complete multiple forms to enter each student’s information. Check Out.

After you complete each registration form, you will be redirected to the “store.” If you are paying online, please select each “product” (aka Camp Session) and add those to your cart. Please add one student at a time. For instance, if you have two 1st graders, please select the “1st-2nd Graders” product and add the first student’s name; then select the “1st-2nd Graders” product and add the second student’s name. This allows us to match your payment with your registration.

If you would like additional t-shirts, you will be able to pay for those in person at pick-up only. Please bring the correct amount as we may not be able to provide change.

After your cart is complete, you will be redirected to a PayPal processing site where you can enter your credit/debit card information safely.

What if I would rather send a check or pay cash?

Simply bring your payment to Hempstead Hall during regular business hours, OR you may mail your check payment to UAHT c/o Kids’ College, PO Box 140, Hope, AR 71802-0140.

What if I would like to apply for a scholarship?

There is a box on the registration form to indicate that you would like to apply for a scholarship. If you select “yes” in this section, the Kids’ College Coordinator will contact you using the information you provide to start the scholarship application process.

What about the Masterclasses?

The Masterclasses for 5th and 6th graders are capped at 10 students each. These are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. If you register for either of these classes after the cap has been met, We will contact you to arrange a refund or choose another class. You will receive a confirmation email if your student has been successfully registered for either of these classes.
